The core of the line is the Conical Twin Screw Extruder (Parallel options available), specifically engineered for processing PVC powder with optimal plasticization and high output. The line features a specialized Vacuum Calibration Table equipped with an enlarged Vortex Flow Cooling System, available in lengths from 4m to 10m to ensure high-speed cooling and precise shaping. The downstream equipment includes a high-traction haul-off unit and a synchronized cutter with an automatic dust extraction system, ensuring a clean and efficient production environment.
