The line is equipped with SJ Series Single Screw Extruders featuring a specialized screw design to prevent yellowing in optical products. Precision molds and calibrators made from 3Cr17 mold steel ensure smooth surfaces and exact dimensions. The system utilizes Omron intelligent temperature controllers and ceramic heaters to minimize energy consumption (up to 25% savings), while inverter-controlled speed regulation ensures maximum production stability.
