Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Reinforced PE Pipe Extrusion Line

We offer advanced extrusion lines for producing Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Reinforced Polyethylene (SRTP) pipes, combining the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of plastic. Our production lines cover a wide diameter range from 50mm to 630mm.

The production utilizes a sophisticated multi-layer process: An inner HDPE (PE100) layer is extruded first, followed by winding high-strength steel wire into a mesh structure. This steel skeleton is coated with a special adhesive resin and finally covered with an outer HDPE protective layer. This composite structure allows the pipes to withstand working pressures up to 3Mpa (30 Bar) and operate effectively at temperatures up to 65°C.
