Delta Plastik provides next-generation SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring lines that solve the issues of moisture absorption, swelling, and formaldehyde found in traditional wood flooring. SPC products are 100% waterproof, fire-resistant (B1 class), and feature zero formaldehyde emissions.

The production process is integrated into a single, cohesive step: Material is extruded via a Conical Twin Screw Extruder and immediately passed through a Four-Roller Calender. During this stage, the SPC core, decorative film, and wear layer are laminated simultaneously using heat (glueless). Our lines offer a high output capacity, reaching up to 1100 kg/h depending on the configuration, ensuring high stability and durability for hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, and residential projects.
