Delta Plastik provides complete extrusion lines for producing flexible, pressure-resistant 3-Layer PVC Fiber Reinforced Garden Hoses, widely used in gardening, agriculture, and household cleaning.

The production process begins with the inner layer extrusion, followed by the Fiber Braiding (Warp) Unit, which applies polyester threads for reinforcement. A specialized heating oven ensures perfect bonding between layers before the outer layer (and optional decorative stripes) is applied. Equipped with top-tier components like Siemens and Schneider, the line ensures high-speed, stable production of transparent, colored, or striped hoses ranging from 6mm to 75mm in diameter.
