We provide a fully automated extrusion line designed for producing high-flexibility EVA and PE spiral hoses, widely used in vacuum cleaners and swimming pool maintenance. The machine can produce hoses with diameters ranging from 28mm to 75mm and lengths from 1m to 40m.

Our line distinguishes itself with Double Roller Forming Technology, achieving a high production speed of 6 meters/minute. A key advantage is the "Zero Waste" startup; the machine stabilizes within 5-10 minutes, producing saleable hoses immediately without material waste. Advanced features allow for inserting electric cables inside the hose during production and creating conical (tapered) shapes inline via PLC control, eliminating the need for secondary processing.
